The 57th Idea Filmfare Awards 2011 were conducted amidst much fanfare at the Reliance Media Works Studio in Mumbai and the awards ceremony was telecast yesterday on Sony TV. Shah Rukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor were the hosts for the 57th Idea Filmfare Awards 2011.
Zindagi Na Milegi Do Bara has won the best film award, Ranbir Kapoor won the best actor award (for Rockstar), Vidya Balan has won the best actress award (for The Dirty picture) and Zoya Akhtar has won the best director award (for Zindagi Na Milegi Do Bara) at the 57th Idea Filmfare Awards 2011.
Zindagi Na Milegi Do Bara had a rout at the award ceremony picking a total of 7 awards. Rockstar, Delhi Belly and The Dirty Picture have won five, four and three awards each respectively at the 57th Idea Filmfare Awards 2011.
